1 cup coconut milk (or use cashew, almond, or goat)

1 cup water

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Pinch of black pepper (Must-have)

1 tsp honey


  • Golden Milk is easy to make and can be heated in the microwave for a fast treat.
  • Pour milk and water into microwave safe dish and add spices and honey. Stir well.
  • Heat for about 1.5 minutes
  • Whisk again until all ingredients are combined.
